The entertainment team was very friendly.
The food quality was disappointing. Each meal felt like a chore due to the lack of variety and taste. The room was not cleaned properly, and we were met with dirty sheets and dusty surfaces.

missingWrote a review on Jul 19aqua parkunique beachfood quality
The aqua park offers a decent variety of slides that can be fun for both kids and adults looking for a splash. The beach area features fine pebbles, which may not suit everyone’s taste, but it gives a unique texture underfoot compared to sandy alternatives.
The food quality and variety leave much to be desired. Breakfast options can get repetitive quickly, with undercooked grains in the porridge. Alcohol choices are disappointing, featuring low-quality drinks served in flimsy plastic cups, reminiscent of a children’s party. Several pools had broken slides, limiting access to some anticipated facilities, leaving guests feeling short-changed on the promised experience.

The lush gardens surrounding the pools really felt like a mini paradise, making it easy for everyone, including seniors, to enjoy without worry. The beach chairs were comfortable and relaxing, and I particularly enjoyed the camel rides available at the beach. However, some amenities were out of order, which took away from the experience.

The food quality could really use an upgrade!!! The bathrooms feel awkwardly designed, and the aqua park has restricted hours that might frustrate guests wanting more fun time!!! Plus, some facilities were out of service during my stay!!!

Great location for snorkeling with friendly staff making the experience enjoyable. The aqua park was a hit, though the information on reef status was sometimes confusing. Delicious homemade pizza complemented the diverse dining options. However, some amenities felt outdated and could improve. Room conditions were decent, but service responsiveness varied at times.
